As Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and coordination of the necessary resources for the correct development and implementation of the B2B/B2C projects assigned.

You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the teams, meeting deadlines, costs and functional and operational characteristics of the projects. Your main objective will be to collaborate in the achievement of the company's strategic plans.

What will be your responsibilities?

• To be the main point of communication with the customer.
• Receive, manage, evaluate, budget and assign to the team the work requests received from the client.
• Manage the developer teams, both operationally and organizationally (vacation management, job vacancies, productivity control, task prioritization, etc), and evaluate their hardware, software and training needs.
• Analyze all the processes that make up the production and commercialization of software projects.
• Verify the integrity of the information generated by the assigned project and perform the implementation and testing of the system.
• Ensure that all development and procedures are properly documented.
• Use agile methodologies and guide the development sprints...
• Establish metrics and evaluate the results to improve them.

Remote and flexible

• Where will you work?

  We are currently 100% remotely located.
  Teams hold meetings and share knowledge at our offices in Alicante.

  In this case, being a position of responsibility and involving working with management, we propose a hybrid model in which approximately 20% of your time will be shared with the rest of the team in our offices in Alicante, and the rest where you prefer.

• Schedule

  This position requires dedication from Monday to Thursday from 8h to 14h and from 15h to 17:15h to have Friday afternoons free! finishing at 15h.

  In addition to flexible working hours in July and intensive working hours in August.

• Knowledge and experience in management software such as JIRA, Confluence, Clickup...
