Dekora is present in part of the most beautiful and unrepeatable moments of thousands of people, in their celebrations & dreams.
The challenge is the digital transformation in the channel for a better service in the distribution of products. To make it easy for its distributors and commercials to have a powerful B2B that allows the revolution of the sector and once again lead it.
The main objectives of the project were:
- To facilitate purchases and customer management.
- Optimize customers' time and processes with a high performance platform.
- Adjust estimated delivery time according to product stock by improving service.
- To have a platform accessible from mobile, tablet or desktop with responsive design.
- Provide the platform with an appearance in line with the innovative concept of the company.
